What if I have less people than the Tournament Bracket I purchased?

This is a common question -- you purchased a 16 player bracket and only 14 people showed up.  No Problem!!   What you do is to create two "Bye" Teams -- teams where the other team gets an automatic win.   In this scenario, create one bye team in the top part of the bracket and one bye team in the bottom part of the bracket.   Now draw the remainder teams and the "Luck of the draw" occurs for two teams who get automatic wins in the first round!
